TIG780-12 High Thermal Conductivity Silicone Heat Transfer Grease
The TIG™780-12 is environmentally safe silicone-based thermal
grease designed to solve overheating and reliability issue.
TIG™780-12 is presenting thermal paste products. They serve to
moisten the contact surface sufficiently so as to form an interface
of extremely low thermal impedance.Consequently, the heat
dissipation efficiency is farsuperior to that offered by others.

TIGTM780-12 Series is available in 300ml/can,
1kg (pint container),3kg (quart container),
and 10kg(gallon container),
or custom packaged in syringes for automated applications.
Storage:
Store from 20C to 35°C with a maximum humidity of 50%. Do not store
in freezer orrefrigerator below 10°℃.
